Health Benefits

Zen Tao Chi-Kung Tai Chi has many health benefits. Doing Tai Chi on a regular basis increases energy, strengthens muscles, ligaments and tendons, relaxes nerves, loosens joints, helps balance by improving posture, enhances perception, and increases awareness. Recently studies on the benefits of Tai Chi have been published. BBC has published an article about Tai Chi being very effective for arthritis.
